Just read their prospectus, the CEO so young age 37/38 only, but all the shareholders are from his family LOL. Another main director also add in her family...maybe gonna skip this time.

I don't think it is quite a problem now, family involvement is OK as long as it is reasonable.

The next IPO Haily Group Berhad's shareholder/management team has more "family" structure.

Largest Shareholder is a holdings company by a married couple.

CEO is son-in-law of the Largest Shareholder(the couple), Few Executive Director from same family (father and daughters).

Seems like nowadays.. it's some kind of trend to involve family in BOD/Top Management....

Like to control the company...

Ramssol to raise RM25m for regional expansion

RM2.5 million from the IPO proceeds will be allocated for business expansion into the Philippines while RM6.3 million will be used for the expansion of its in-house employee engagement mobile app Feet’s, as well as that of third-party collaboration platform, Lark, in South-East Asia.

Only cannot buy when the non-shariah Stock have been listed on the market.
And Shariah CDS no problem also sell any stock.
