Better chance for non bumi??

The retail allocation already split 50/50 for bumi & public@nons... So even if less people apply @ bumi, only their portion undersubcribe... Public, would be same, unless non bumi also less apply (which kinda impossible for now 😁)

Only cannot buy when the non-shariah Stock have been listed on the market.
