Unless you intend to have a higher coverage, the premium would seem reasonable for the cover you currently have. If the hospital bill exceeds 120k (Item 3) , I believe Item (4) and (5) should kick in till 2.2M

Depends on your needs. See below, his needs probably different from yours, same premium.
