What’s the point of buying a cheap big house in ulu kampung unless you want to live a ulu kampung life?

It’s about what lifestyle you want, not what is recommended. Houses in Rawang bloody cheap compare to PJ but you’re gonna suffer if you work in KL

Do not go for studio.
Your lifecycle and preference will change over time.
What put a limit there?

You will not be able to sell it later on.
Fark on the location bullshit.
You see every property the agent also say location.
Every farking property also tagged as location.

Better buy a decent house that will able to meet your needs in the next 10 year.
It is also going to be easier for you to offload it later.

The day of every freaking graduate talking about buying property is OVER.
Nobody going to be desperate to buy a studio.

This mentality is outdated

Not many people work for the same company until they die anymore

Lain cerita if you are born in ulu kampung

Intend to spend your entire life in ulu kampung

Otherwise, you from kampung also work in KL

Pastu? Beli rumah kat kampung and travel every back back and forth?

Or be like those take bus from seremban every day to kl Sentral?

Sure got people say woi young people susah sikit tak boleh kah bas kl-seremban saja pun

Well old man/woman, time is different now. Unless you take bas like that can earn 4k as fresh grad, ok la jimat duit, invest for future. Then yes buy a big big house in seremban stay there until you die

Chances are people take kl-seremban bas is because no choice, no job pay well enough in seremban

So poor people won’t even think about buying a house, much less a studio to be near work

So who are buying the studios?

Of course la fresh grad that earn 4k straight out of uni

Or people earning big salary in their 30s and 40s

Those people buy 800k-1mn studio in kl so they don’t have to waste time drive just to reach work

So busy earn big money, want kid also no time la

When want children, buy another cheap house la in KV suburbs

What to do with the studio? Rent out to young fresh grad who earn 4k straight out of uni but don’t want buy house la or expat

So in short

If you feel like buying house in PD, in seremban, in bangi is a good idea because cheaper but bigger house, and you want to work in KL

Don’t regret too much la when your car petrol bill maintenance bill come out so much

Or sakit belakang every now and then need go hospital then spend on insurance premium

When young = just rent near where you work la

Save money

Until you feel your career mature adi

Feel like can work at least five years in the company

Better still, the company is in KL

Maka you pun splurge buy a landed subsale in PJ

Expensive like shit

But at least when you change job on the sixth year

You don’t have to uproot your lifestyle or your future family lifestyle

I would stay away from studio units . Not practical if you want to stay for long term or starting a family.

If you want to rent it out, perhaps its a different story.

Studio units 500sqft and above along LRT line in Subang quite laku rental yo

Rental 600-900 a month

Popular among students and people working in bangsar/kl Sentral

The one at USJ21 lots of Japanese expat too
