Anyone here purchased a Studio size house?
What's the reason you bought this property other than investment purposes?
The price looks affordable but I can't imagine living in a property that feels so small, no proper room.
My parents bought several units of studios at various projects. What's the reason you bought this property other than investment purposes?

You cannot fault it for rental yields and in the right location the prospects for capital appreciation is fantastic too.
Best to avoid those under 500sqft or a loft.
The condo I used to stay at had many studios, most are lived in by expatriates that are either single or couples without kids. It is the only type of unit in that condo that was a positive cash flow rental property.
You could view it this way, as a young person it makes sense to buy it if you are not the type that can save, paying the mortgage while living in one is a fairly good deal because when your life circumstances change you could sell it for a bigger place or rent it out.
