Thank you for the reassurance. Does that rule apply to all condominiums generally when it comes to renovation? Or does it really have to depend on the management/JMB? If enclosing the yard* is possible, I was wondering if we are allowed to run the pipes all the way to the exterior part of the infrastructure (of the condominium)? That would mean having a ducting cap sticking out of the building?

*Installing windows on top of the half wall in the yard area to convert the space 100% indoor.
