No matter what waze bring you wrong or what shit, from KL to go Johor, the salesman should have some common sense that going up karak is not the way to go Johor. If u say go Ipoh, maybe can still belip. But go to Johor? Its totally different direction lah

so chassis number is just going to be changed, but loan and everything still jalan

Anyhow the SA is baked. Work and pay no one trust u, no work bt still need pay. Lose lose.

Proton can just ask SA sign contract work with proton for few years and cut salary monthly or no bonus/increment until x50 paid in full.

Or if the SA can get many sales until its paid off his debt can walk away.

But depends on SA if he gonna do it or not.

Anyhow proton cannot claim insurance? Maybe its rare case SA drive customer car and accident but i still think there is high risk on that and proton or car seller should have insurance to cover that.

i doubt that would be a good solution as that would mean they will need to terminate his existing contact and put forth a new contract just for this case alone
a better way is for them to let him keep his contract (if they decide to not terminate him) and bring forth a new contract in terms of method of payment to reimburse the showroom for the loss of the x50 (since lawfully its still currently the showroom's property)

idk if the showroom can claim insurance, but nevertheless, money has been spent and reputations have been tarnished. dunno if people will look at that dealership the same way again. someone needs to be held accountable and pay some bills. so in terms of that, i think thats what the dealership is currently figuring out

1) this youtuber made a video basically saying all those things in the tered. he felt pressured to make video because the girl that sold the x50 is his friend
2) the SA that crashed the x50, his FRIEND saw the video and got in contact with the youtuber. say the story not 100% true
3) his friend claim that the SA go to karak because when type in the address in waze, got 2 different route. one going normal way and one going via karak
4) his friend also claim that the SA didnt go upto 180kmph because in those type of road is impossible. max he go is 100kmph
5) his friend also also claim that the SA crash not because driving fast, but because landslide and so he crash into the ditch
6) lastly, his friend claiming that the reason why both the SA and the girl didnt drive together is because of merajuk or fight or something la dunno
7) the SA that crashed the x50 is keeping quiet because he's dealing with the situation and up until the customer get his BRAND NEW x50, then only he will address everything

u guys can figure out the story yourselves la. but one thing im worndering is why is the friend getting in contact with the youtuber and speaking for the SA lmao. say not trying to defend but u pretty much give out the whole case leh. if end up this guy kena sued he sure lose his defense liao.
