lets be fair, i been paying the Allianz insurance for decades for relieve and peace of mind...
what i get now is mind boggling and stress when trying to claim from them...

the amount is total around RM300 range for half year treatment and going there weekly...
they stated need official signature "doctor endorsement" or "treatment breakdown" for each of the receipt that cost at around RM4+ or RM50+(chemo drug)...

Allianz want me to ask government hospital on doctor endorsement and treatment breakdown for
weekly blood test, half day usage of hospital bed, bedding cleaning service, IV drips, chemo drug, medication, nurse, doctor...

seriously "MEMALUKAN" "DISGRACE" if Allianz claim dept want me to go waste government hospital staff time to verify...
