Can someone please advise?

I brought Moonie to the vet on last Saturday because of her diarrhea and coughs.

The diarrhea has stopped whenI stop feeding her milk powder. But her coughs are still heard today. Should I bring her to the vet again tomorrow or should I wait for Saturday? She is having dry cough, gagging, like wanna spit something out but nothing come out that type. I am worried.

At the same time, she is always dirtied by her own poo / pee in the cage, so we clean her up with luke warm water. No choice since she is dirtied with poo, dont want her to contract other diseases or smell.

Last Saturday, the vet mentioned that her lungs are ok, her stool is ok (checked for worm). Should I get her checked for kennel coughs? Please advise.
