Can someone please advise?

I brought Moonie to the vet on last Saturday because of her diarrhea and coughs.

The diarrhea has stopped whenI stop feeding her milk powder. But her coughs are still heard today. Should I bring her to the vet again tomorrow or should I wait for Saturday? She is having dry cough, gagging, like wanna spit something out but nothing come out that type. I am worried.

At the same time, she is always dirtied by her own poo / pee in the cage, so we clean her up with luke warm water. No choice since she is dirtied with poo, dont want her to contract other diseases or smell.

Last Saturday, the vet mentioned that her lungs are ok, her stool is ok (checked for worm). Should I get her checked for kennel coughs? Please advise.

When I have my pug, he came back with the exact same symtoms. He was coughing and sounds like he have phlegm. Like and old man. Went to see the vet in Tmn Megah. Gave him antibiotics for the cough. Also advised us not to keep our dog in an air-conditioned room. We also don't place his crate under the fan when he sleeps. Keep a bit of distance lah.

Perhaps answering some questions here might be helpful for you also:

1. What sort of milk powder you were giving him, btw? Hope it's meant for dogs. Most are lactose intolerant.

2. Were you giving him the same food as those from the breeder? Sometimes they have difficulty in adjusting to new type of food.

Hope things goes well for Moonie.

Just wanna share this:

Trying to get Angus to get to show us his whole bag of tricks. Didn't get it right all the time though smile.gif

Can't believe he's already 5 months old and have spent 3 months with us. Is it normal for puppies to pick things up this fast? First time dog owner here...
