I was paying a bill and I was being charged an extra RM5.20 don't know for what.

and on top of that, I cannot see where to unclick the agreement.


In this case, may I Know where to complain to, as boost keep trying to ignore,

Should I complain to MCMC or consumer affairs?

It is bill protect insurance option. You just close the bill protect window (very small 'x'). It will pop up option. Just choose remind me later.

click okay and click X at the back to remove the insurance

had try to click away 2 times, but it does not able to do so.

i dont have this issue when pay bill. just close it and remove the insurance.

but its like u said, boost try to force us to buy insurance without our knowledge.

it is not cheating.. there is an option to 'don't want it'.. the total amount is the one u should take note.
