I was paying a bill and I was being charged an extra RM5.20 don't know for what.
and on top of that, I cannot see where to unclick the agreement. In this case, may I Know where to complain to, as boost keep trying to ignore, Should I complain to MCMC or consumer affairs? Attached thumbnail(s)
