yes, have setting for VoLTE call. but my phone top panel appear HD word icon.

Yup, after updated COS12 then manually install play store apk file.

Guys just asking how to flash to global from indian rom? Notice that mine is indian rom..prefer to use global rom..i dwld rom from xda, with the same version as in my phone but then it says the one i dwld is less version then current..weird

Edit: Else i will try to upgrade to oos12 global...will try local update after finish download the rom

Mine is also CN set, but being flashed by the shop to India ROM. Just wondering global ROM any different from the India ROM? Seem like OOS having a lot of fire from the owner, I also thinking just switch to Color OS instead since everyone said it can be installed with Google PlayStore.

Just want to know, since the CN set is original install with Color OS but flashed by the shop to Oxygen OS, this would mean I need to download what they call "Downgrade" package to switch the OOS to Color OS, is this the correct way?

from what i read through ya need to download the downgrade package COS... ya hand itchy also to try the color os but i would like to stay on oos for this time being... weird even though i already download the global oos 12, but when i insert it into the storage the system updater does not detect the package...hmm kinda weird

After reading some review from YouTube, I guess to be at the safe side, I stick with OOS because too many "junk" apps exist in the Color OS, which I am lazy to find way to clean them off. Not only Google PlayStore need to install separately, but also something else which related to google contact sync also needed, Otherwise, the google contact will not be auto sync. I heavily depend on google services, so, better to be safe than sorry even i itchy hand want to try something new. The OOS really become a bit bored to my daily usage.

I think the package you downloaded might be the lower version that why the phone current firmware reject to install.

Weird but the number is actually the same...i suspect that it might not the full rom version..btw manage to uodate to oos 12, download the rom from oneplus updater and apply through local update...one thing i notice that was missing is the local update setting...seems like its gone

I don't dare to update to OOS 12 yet for now as heard too many complains. The local update setting missing could be the company want to merge the OOS into Color OS which is less flexible in the way how the firmware is updated. Anyhow, please post if you faced any issue in the OOS 12. I will wait to see want or not to update when OTA is available.

Btw, I don't see the oneplus 9 pro selection from the following website to download the official firmware. Or there is actually no oneplus 9 pro but only oneplus 9 selection?

I just got the OnePlus 9 Pro for my wife, got the China set with global ROM from shopee. No issues so far, VoLTe and VoWifi are working.

Any suggestion for a screen protector? Doesn't need to be a glass one, plastic is ok as long as it feels decent.

I bought a X-One Stealth Armour 3 for RM49 and it's totally crap. First of all it wraps all the way around the curves so it's very hard to apply, and secondly the cutouts are not precise - when I align the cutouts for the left button, the cutout is way off for the right side. Pretty much unusable.

so far im using 9 pro cn set also, using global rom since 1st day use until now already can use volte..no need root and such setting as compared to 7/8 series...before this im using 8 pro and also nord, both MY set but only nord has volte, 8 pro dont have..im using maxis btw

My previous Nord also can use already...for oneplus device that i ever owned, this op9pro is the 2nd to have volte, after nord...without need of rooting or use some pc software to enable it
