After few hour using oos 12 i can say this is not a final stable version...seems like the identity of oxygen os is faded little by little..or maybe im not used to color os since never try oppo recent model..hope future update can fix some bugs and bring more improvement

Yes its very buggy and many sources say if u factory reset your phone now after updating u will have a better experience.

bugs i face

-keyboard disappear and reappear if notifications come in when replying in any apps when u are typing
-black screen of death, need to plug in charger to wake the screen. totally blank as in u long press power button u see a grey box pop out but no turn off or restart button.
-auto brightness is not working.
-volte and vowifi no option to enable it back
-boot up super slow
-sometimes have problem unlocking the phone smoothly, unlocked but still lag
-camera macro shift problem, shift into macro then back normal the back macro the normal again
-screen fps still choppy since last time till now
-detect some normal apps and activate Game Mode like MyDigi or some bill apps, when TAC come in cant see and no pop up notifications. i keep resend the tac over 3 times sweat.gif

what has improved
-gallery fast and snappy thanks to coloros
-vibration more power
-thats all laugh.gif

To much stuff to migrate if reset the phone. But I don't really mind since it's my 2nd phone only. I use this phone to take photos and some work stuff. My op7pro still my daily driver.

After too much complains, Oneplus withdraws the official OOS12 update. Why release something that is not stable yet?

Disappointing right? No matter how much a Oneplus fan I am, I can't help but express total disappointment with Oneplus now.

So fast? laugh.gif Anyway Color OS is quite good according to some forummers who are already on it. I think we would have to accept this a future OOS would be based on Color OS in the future.

I think the team that works with oxygen OS is half cook or not enough people or someone plan to sabotage the company, ha ha. Anyhow, continue first with oos 11 to be at the safe side. Being used op3, then jump to other phone brand then come back to op9 pro, this sure is not a good experience. Well, never try never know. Just hope on time to come, the second hand value of op9 pro is not really too bad.
