seems like every new model, change authorised distributor. new distributor don't acknowledge responsibilities for older models. then old distributors again push away any claims, say they now no longer authorised distributor

at least with the parellel importers, they are around much longer than the authorised distributors

I read at FB IIRC, got people send their phone in pristine condition, receive back with scuff and scratch. And the technician wont take the responsibility.

Yup. T&L is a reputable seller. Bought from them a few times before. If you rma with them, they will send your set back to the country of origin purchase for warranty claims. Will take longer but at least there is peace of mind.
