Is the IMEI fixed with the latest OTA update?

Yes bro... Need to let the firmware acclimatize first. Takes a bit of time. Anyway 6 Hours 45 minutes SOT is considered not bad. Has the bugs been ironed out on this update?

Download Oxygen Updater app and update from there.

this time i got my update OTA instead od Oxygen Update. mine is India set tho, different region maybe havent got the update yet.

As long as you come from ColorOS to OOS, the IMEI will still be scrambled. Havent have any update on this yet so far.


Photo are no more over sharpen, pictures color are pretty accurate, will take my op7pro and snap a few pics later compare. and bugs today the stuttering returns but in whatsapp only. can see it scrolls smooth then stutter when start to slow down.

Does the 11.2.4.4 OTA fixed the issue? Saw from XDA that it was fixed in the latest OTA.

Mine was pure OOS so i dont know about this, need to ask those who come from ColorOS to OSS, they will know. Original Preloaded OOS we dont have IMEI issue so i cant comment about that

No problem. Ask the "guy" who had his "sealed" OP9 Pro set China set with preloaded Color OS that had Google Playstore preinstalled.

He knows best...

I come from Color OS, then flash to OOS. No issue on IMEI

Then flashed back to Color OS. IMEI number still intact.

IMEI issue fixed... And same here WhatsApp got lag or stutters.. btw I still encounter overheating with social apps and camera usage. Around 42© ... 🙄🙄

Not sure bro. I just download the Color OS file provided there. Attached it and apply update. DONE. Smooth process. Take about 5-10 mins to boot up. Then i do factory rest again just to make sure all clear off.

U mean from oos to color right ? U remember which version to which version ?

Yes from OOS 11.2.3.3 version. The Color OS versions that i downloaded should be 2 versions before now.

Now am thinking, if in future I want to flashback to OOS, is it apply the same method?

Weird, I downloaded the latest color and flash over 11.2.3.3 but failed.
