Those are imported sets from HK. HK sets are international sets that comes preloaded with Oxygen OS. If you dont mind the price and warranty, HK sets are ok as well.
*
Get a China set Oneplus and ask the seller/shop to flash/update Color OS rom to Oxygen OS. Just take them 10 min to convert it n easily can save you RM300-500 from buying a set with preloaded Oxygen OS

For Color OS, what is your experience in terms of battery life? Any heating issue? Is the adaptive refresh rate is working? How do these compare with OOS? Apppreciate feedback. TQ

U guys should try out the Color OS. Very snappy n good for daily use as now if compare with OOS. Battery optimization definitely better than OOS. My battery level only drop 3% from 7am till 12noon with minimal usage n with few WhatsApp messages. I would say much much better than OOS. More customization. One thing I noticed Color OS have a function to set AUTO for refresh rate which OOS dont have it. Overall happy with it and will continue to use it till OOS fix all their bugs.

Hahaha. Yeah, I'm using for few days it very snappy. No doubt. Just the current oos not Polish enough tho. But some might not agreed with you 😉😉😉..

Agreed OOS software need to do more polishing in 1+9pro. Still not optimize fully. Few round upgrades should be fine.

Reporting - Battery now is 91% from 7am till 2.30pm with minimal usage on whatsapp and some internet browsing. I could say very good. The last time i used OOS, by this time the battery level drop around 65-70%

Am happy to downgrade from OOS to Color OS as of now till they fix all this issues. Color OS give me massive standby time n very smooth when scroll. Also don't really encounter any high heat issues when played COM for. U can try tat.

As your view is stick to oos in stead of flash to colors?
*
No need to change phone..downgrade the software to Color OS as now. So when time rite switch back to OOS. Im sure there will be update continously to tackle the issue. Am using Color OS now, suoer stable no issue. GMS no problem , just grab a playstore file n is good to go.

My honest review on the OnePlus 9 Pro.

So I've been with this phone for 3 days. And would like to say it's a love hate relationship. To keep things simple I will break it down to Pros and Cons as below:

Pro's:
- The new curved edge glass is really easier to grab compared to 7 Pro and 8 pro. Slightly straight down curved enhanced the grip.
- Less wide body compared to 7 pro and 8 pro for better single hand grip usage.
- SD888 no doubt the best processor out there, fast and powerful.
- Loud speaker is loud and powerful compared to my Samsung S20+
- 65W fast charging combo with 50w fast wireless charging is freaking fast.
- OxygenOS not as buggy as many people.claims. I never notice that bugs or anything that could affect my daily usage.
- Stunning Display no doubt, you get full accurate colour with this new display.

Con's (please bear with me on this) *inhales*
- Overheating, 1st day using on FB and LYN while charging it warns me of Overheating, yes the phone is warm. The phone does get quite warm when you're using any heavy processing apps.
- Camera, picture are OK but the over sharpening of pictures sometimes really can irritates your eyes.
- Camera again, it takes photos a second slower after u press the button, example, RGB lightings, when u snap the photo is green led colour but the photo processed has changed to yellow. 1 second slower.
- Alert Slider is way to small to be felt Everytime, if you plan to use a thick casing, u need to use your nails to slide it up and down, the alert slider is way too small in size this time.
- Battery life, if on full usage, full charge on 7am morning it only last me till 1pm and 15% battery left, while on my 7T Pro I can go all day till 7pm to reach down to 15%. Same daily usage.
- Fingerprint sensor position, it's really low, I mean so low sometimes u can't even end call, when u press end call it unlocks the phone since it's the same freaking position, I tot I end call but ended up unlocking the screen.
- Stuttering when scrolling is one of the bugs that you will encounter daily. Scrolling up and down and suddenly it stutters for a few seconds then back to normal.
- Pricy for it's specs. Retails in US for $1069 there are really better phone that can outperforms the OnePlus 9 Pro anytime.

So far all I can think of are these. Only hope the new updates can fix the bugs and help the battery life.
*
Well exactly what I faced earlier. I can't bear with 3 main things which are heat, battery life and stuttering. Hope OOS will fix all these on their coming software. However these 3 main things been overcome in ColorOs which I'm very happy with it as now. Cheers!
