dont worry you can control the forces by not over spinning above what you can handle
cause if u spin very hard and then cant control the forces, then you wont be able to hold the ball in your hands
so know your limits, and slowly try to break it

it isnt powered by a motor, but powered by your hand. it wont go to max speed. the max speed is actually depends on your strength. and at about 10000rpm it sounds like a whining jet!

rpm meter can last a few years i think. you can change yourself by unscrewing the rear and replacing the button battery which u can find in shops
