This has basis to it. My wife and I often walk 3-5kms at a fast pace often in the evenings to exercise since we don't fancy running. Walking constantly on days leading to her period, the pain will be reduced. On some months where we got lazy and walk less, it will be more painful.Plus, from experience wise, actually the chocolate is not that helpful.
