i think this is same like mine.. does it have problem too when u want to connect it even to use file transfer or my phone explorer? probably is the dcu connector on the phone. when u connect the cable on the phone, try to press it hardly as you can, and press c. and try to restart ur comp if u see the usb is not responding. works for me.. it says failed to open wen i pressing c on the fon while connect to the usb..after 20++ secs then come out this..any1 can help??
