AOC monitors after sale service s*cks?

Hi /K,
I Just bought a new monitor but it came with 4 dead pixels. Asked for RMA but according to shop, minimum is 7 dead pixels for RMA. AOC malaysia's website/fb totally silent on the number of pixels for RMA and only reply my message once, few days ago. Didn't reply my query since. Thinking whether I should just return the monitor and buy another brand, asus or acer. Just becareful with this company. *#$& |
