Have you tried raising the case? It's a platform, as buyers you need to exercise your rights. Sellers are actually at huge disadvantage in shopee and lazada. Just that most customers don't want to go through the hassle. Personally, I chase until either I get my money back or the fella either take down the product or lose status.
