Recently I just purchase property, and during processing the SNP, I was informed that the current property did't received any TNB bills for 5 years but the meter is active with power supply. 

TLDR : Current seller bought the house from previous owner with inherited the TNB issues. It happen because previous owner is having hefty outstanding TNB bills and TNB disconnect the account without remove the meter.  :confused:

Anyone here experienced similiar issues? And the lawyer told me, the money won't get release if this issues did't get resolved.
