yes can.....each hdd can set 4 primary partition ....i think u nid a hdd partition tools to do it...example for myself i use Acronis Disk Director Suite .

vista and mac also can at 1st , 2nd ,3rd or 4th place of the primary partition ..only u nid to set which 1 to be bootloader so da partition nid to set primary active

in MAC... go system preferences --> date& time --> uncheck set date& time auto then time zone select LONDON after adjust the time ...thats all icon_rolleyes.gif

After blur blur ..finding everywhere ....at last my Compaq Presario V3751 almost everything work rclxms.gif brows.gif
sound working with hearphone + mic icon_rolleyes.gif
Lan+Wifi working icon_rolleyes.gif
keyboard left few key (fn+key) no working hmm.gif
Tauchpad working but without scrolling hmm.gif


only i wan to solve is the display ...no hv resolution
still on 1024x768 no CI/QE doh.gif

Problem when doing installation . rclxub.gif
Is quite hard ..no hv any version dvd can detect nforce MCP67 HDD .
need to inject nforce67 into dvd mkext.(dont ask me how to do ...go go google u will find it how)
If only run nforce67 to detect hdd and dvdrom ..only dvdrom will read error ..hv to use other Pata kext
What hv to say is nid know how mod + edit to make it work smile.gif

if u know how to inject ur mobo kext driver (sata and pata driver) on the dvd iso mkext b4 burn ..should be no problem to boot any distro.
just example...no much ppl can boot properly with iPC 10.5.6.....coz issue boot problem so s*ck at Still waiting boot device

Still waiting boot device ..... Is mean u didnt install sata/ pata driver correctly or maybe is kext driver is not for ur sata/pata .
(usually hv to set at bios ACPI S3 and Sata Type to ACHI) ....So u nid to install the driver from boot DVD terminal .
Each time after install ..when 1st boot ..nid type -v -f -x (x= is for safe mode .)

the screen blurry ..is better install without gc driver 1st (coz maybe is gc driver got problem with ur gc) ...if can boot it then u can install it later

U can choose sata type from ACHI to Native IDE after u install Paragon NTFS

try type -x (safe mode) then remove the kext on extension folder

my System Profiler seems half working, it cant display the ram info same goes to About This mac

Y dont u try download iPC 10.5.6..and install it.....inside da iso got many patch and some addition fix kext for usb..iopci another
this iPC only got problem to boot ...no sure can boot on rig or not...u can try to this iPC stock patch or with PPF 1 to 5.....for my rig it only can boot with PPF3 patch

See my siggy..my both AMD rig and AMD Compaq Lappy all work. AMD cannot work with vanilla kernel ..other kernel like voodoo , speedstep , modbin ..etc should be no problem

ur rig spec should be no problem to run retail mac (intel proc C2D can use mac default vanilla kernel)
Boot132 can use to boot retail mac--->here

For me i not burn dvd iso on dvd-r ......i using external hdd . using disk utility .. restore to the ext hdd and install chameleon bootloader on to it to make it bootable.....eazy and fast . i can install iPC ,leo4all .. etc in 10 to 20minit
