I remembered looking at them a long time ago for my 2nd Sager, and illegear were way more expensive ... even comparing to other OEM rebrands like xoticpc.

Apparently the price premium is for "local support" but if you're not getting it, then why pay the higher price for illegear.

As for GPU not being detected, as another forumer has pointed out try to disable hybrid graphics or check if you have a discrete GPU button to turn the graphics card on.

but as illegear mentioned every PC is "custom shipped" ie we are the middle man, you buy from us then we place order from Sager / Clevo ... I really doubt they would have GPUs just lying around

anyway TS, what's your laptop and OS specs ? maybe try downloading each driver yourself from the manufactures site instead of using the default bundle.
