Is it better to call aircon brand service center for cleaning since its still under warranty? Its hitachi but I'm not sure whats the cost like, will be first time doing cleaning.

Hitachi inverter 1hp aircon.

since it is still under warranty, you can call and check with them for the price first before decide to ask them clean or you can find other cheap air cond cleaning service outside. Basic cleaning should cost less than rm 100

Same problem with mine. Spitting out water. Not dripping but droplets seems to fly out. Happened for months too then suddenly dripping water like waterfall.
Call technician come fix. Now ok. Mine has 2 problems- outlet pipe stuck and coils icing up.

too many reasons..........

can be low refrigerant

can be blocked/dirty indoor coil

can be dirty blower fan

can be a slower than usual fan speed due to failing motor or capacitor

can be blocked drain outlet

Is the cooling coil and filter on IDU all clogged with dust? Try vacuuming out the dust first.

Youtube should have sth regarding ur aircon model on how to open it up to get to the drain pipe devil.gif

It maybe too cold temp n fan too slow issue
Try set 25C and max fan see if drip or not.

Already too late waited very long to call cleaning service cause of the pandermic.

After cleaning doesnt last long, apparently the aircon man who setup the aircon didnt do it properly due to it the aircon congested easily not very long afterwards.

Since airon already over warranty now waiting for the airon to breakdown totally and get a new one. Not sure what brand model to get probably getting a 1.5hp instead of 1hp inverter since weather damm hot nowadays dont want airon overwork and breakdown easily.

This time really must get a airon man who know how to setup the airon properly.

Mine also got - Mitsubishi model. Already bring in service person to clear up the clog but after 2-3 months my air cond start spitting water again.

Then sometimes when I turn it off, it will drop like ice on the floor. Think too frozen already lol. My temperature setting is max hottest at 26 Celsius.

The air cond service person told me it’s my air cond model. Always will have clog wor. Zzz.
