Hi, sifu's need advice to change tyres or not?

Toyota Prius. Michelin XM2, 195/65R15. 4 years 6 months old. Rotated every 10k km. 5mm tread left. Tyres has no cracks. 32psi.

Im asking because quite a few times I made the tyre sequel during cornering(30kmh) and coming out from a junction. On the highway (80-110kmh) if raining <80kmh, so no problem.

The other thing is, car is 8 years old looking to sell the car around 10 years old. Currently only around 68000km.

If to change tyres looking at:
Toyo CR1, Rm171, no installation
Yoko es32, Rm180, no installation
Gy atm2, Rm218, w installation
Cc6, Rm219, w installation

Eying CR1.

At 5 mm tread left, these tyres still have plenty of life to go on.
Tyre manufacturers recommend normal tyres be replaced when tread wear touching TWI which is 1.6 mm depth.
My 65k km Front set XM2 has 3.5 mm tread left, 95k km Rear set XM2 has 2.5 mm left ..... and going.
Besides, Continental says (normal) tyres need not be replaced up till 10 year old post production date.

Yes, the 6 year commences from date of purchase (not production).
So their warranty is post production of 6 years or more, before which minor hairline cracks at tyres edge already emerges .........
and this phenomenon is of no concern.....
to driving safety etc according to tyre manufacturer(s).

5mm is still very thick. If no cracks and rubber still rather soft then just keep using them, probably even 2 more years until you want to sell they're still not yet bald so no need to change anymore.
