If you have no experience in selling, don't sell. Why you bought it in the first place

Agreed with above, you seems unfamiliar with the online trading/selling trend, better do extra homework before proceed further to avoid any traps/scams.

Two advices for you first,
1. Don’t unseal the device if you want to sell, it may devalue it.
2. If you COD with cash, find a more bright and public place like Starbucks/etc. And take a clear look on the cash notes first before handing out your device.

Why don't you just cancel it as the phone is not shipped yet? Can get back money in 2 weeks

Refund depends on what mode of payment. I use boost wallet at lazada and my RM550 was refunded to my wallet after one working day.
