I've NO idea where U get the idea about Mac products 'breaking' *shrugs* I certainly hope that perception of urs isn't right *grins*

I haven't had a crack inside my LCD but if it did appear all of a sudden, I think ACPP should cover it - obviously, if the crack appeared after I've dropped it from the 3rd floor, I guess well that's due to my own negligence - not fault of manufacturer hence it won't be covered.

Dell's Complete Cover is NOT the same as the ACPP cause that's more like an insurance plan.

I seem to be having DC issues lately; thought it was my hardware / router but it might just be the software update *shrugs*

It's so annoying I've gone from wireless to wired at the office!
