QUOTE(ennyong1985 @ Apr 16 2008, 10:06 AM) I suggest you go to the Curve. Mac City. now 2.5" HDD is roughly RM2 for 1GB. I asked the lady who sells there. Her name is Amelia. She quoted me RM600 for the 250GB upgrade and she will return you the HDD WITHOUT casing. RM2 for 1GB ?? Holy shiat now that's what i call cheap

wanna ask something, i read that the Macbook can support up to 2GB ram only. The thing is i accidentally bought 1gb and 2gb ram stick each and installed it in my macbook. When i click on the about this mac thing it says 3GB. (Mine is the old macbook, not the latest one). Does that mean my macbook are running on 3GB of memory or just 2GB ? If only 2GB I wanna sell it
I also read from the support site, it says "For best performance, fill both memory slots, installing an equal memory module in each slot." How true is this ?
