Seems, something similar is also happening at U Mobile, .......
Hello just want to ask for someone's opinion or help regarding my problem.
So yesterday, I went to Umobile Spectrum shopping mall to change my plan and by changing my plan I mean downgrade it from P99 to GX50. It went smoothly and so I went back home right after everything was done.
When I was at home, I noticed a Umobile promo ad about the GX68 so I thought to myself Why not right? Its a freaking good deal so I upgraded my GX50 to GX68 la. At around 5.52 pm, the hotspot that was connected to my laptop which I was using at that time disconnected. I restarted my phone and when I checked my Umobile plan at the app, my plan was U28. THE PROBLEM IS, it was changed without my consent. And the only way to downgrade a plan is to go to Umobile franchise and I was at home at tht time. And its like legit the worst Umobile plan ever. The sad thing is, I can't upgrade the plan anymore because there's a change limit and it is 3 times per year.
I searched through the internet & no one ever had this problem b4. After that, I rush to the Umobile shop that I went tht morning to ask them about this problem. They only said 'oh its system issue.' But I changed my plan along with my sister but I was the only one who encountered this weird problem. And then they halau me to go to Umobile's shop at Aeon AU2 shopping centre.
And so I did. The staffs at the service centre said tht they couldnt do much to help me except to file a report about this incident. And the report would take like maybe 3-7 days.
I REPEAT I DID NOT DOWNGRADE THE LAST PLAN TO U28. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW IT HAPPENED. IT CHANGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
This does not make any sense. Please does anyone has any idea how this happen? Is there any solution???
