Saw on shopee lot of listing for Sony 65'' A8h selling at RM8xxx (2 years warranty), with another 10% cashback.
So, if including those cashback, it seems like fitting his budget??

I bought a8h from senq recently, if including those ez credit rebate, the total cost is around 72xx (including 600 old tv trade in, 500 voucher I got from credit card , and 2+2 warranty).

u can get LG BX 65 now for 7.7k, and Sony A8H 65 for 8.7k(a bit topup needed from your budget).

It seems like the value of the trade in TV is related to the TV you going to buy instead of the TV you going to trade in.
For example I traded in my old Panasonic 42'' plasmas for rm600, as I buying a8h.
If i buy x9000h (which i targeted initially), the same TV can only trade in for rm400.
For my case, as long as the TV is functioning, they took the full trade in price, else it will be half of it.

Anyway, it seems like not all new TV is offered with trade in, can check senq website to know though.

The previous TV wasn't bought from senq.

I think the listed price was RM12599.

- The shop discount rm2000
- trade in old tv rm600
- my credit card voucher rm500
- 15% ez credit rebate of the 12599 list price.
- the sales guy gave me another rm377 discount.

For TV trade in, please refer to my reply above.

By the way, to get 4 years warranty, you need to be citi plus one member of senq.

I don't see a8h listed in senq website anymore though.

Wow, this is very good price considering 4 years warranty. Do you mind sharing what's the base costs for senq and where you get the old tv trade in deal? I am also surprise A8H can get at RM8800. Thinking of getting it for my new house.
