coz touch wood if any emergency during your pregnancy, can send to Gov Hospital and they prefer to have a file at hand..

it depends..  in Penang the one i went to is attached to the General hospital...

i dunno about Selangor, but the nurses in PG really really care about the mothers and kids.. they will hound u if u don show up for appointments
