I happen to fall under the "higher risk" group. So I've got to get it earlier than the usual group who are in my age group.

Not sure about side effects just yet but expected to have weak arms for a few days and running nose.

Not sure about it in Malaysia but in the UK I’ve got notified via sms sent from the doctor.

Ermm... I went for a quick run a few hours after the vaccine. It’s ok to do any sports I guess as long as you have the energy.

Not that I notice. It feels like a massive hangover the day after. But on the 2nd day, it all feels normal again and arm is not longer pain...

Any swelling or headaches after the jab? Did you pop a Panadol after the jab?

Luckily no swelling or any physical effect (rashes etc...). I don't have any headache as well despite it being listed as a potential side effects. The only thing I can felt after the jas was my arm was "uneasy" and feels like a bad hangover for the whole day the day after the jab.

Now I feel like normal now and (touch wood) I hope my body is now "accepting" the vaccine.

My next shot not until 11 weeks from now. Maybe earlier... So won't know the 2nd shot side effect yet. So far my 1st shot (touch wood) everything is ok apart from arm pain on the 2nd day and woke up like a bad hangover. No headache or high temp.

After vaccination, we do not need to be quarantined. Just need to follow the usual lockdown SOP where ever you are in. Vaccination doesn't mean I've got a transmissible virus It's not contagion.

Thanks for your concern. (TOuch wood) I don't have any headache or fever after the vax. Physically is just the arm pain the next day and woke up like a bad hang over the next day. The hang over is like for the whole day but. after another sleep everything reverts back to normal. Nothing at all.

Having hang over all day long isn't good no? hhhmmm i'm kinda a bit worried now. Is it better to take vaccine after working hour so can straight go home and rest?

Yes.. factor in that you have to rest the whole day the day after the vax. It's similar to when I took the flu jab last time actually. You still can work and do stuff but I definitely can feel that it's weaker. At least for me...

I got my vaccination on wednesday morning, back to gym this morning carried weight as usual.

the only side effect is numbing pain at the injection site after few hours which lasted less than 12 hours, felt like someone punched my arm many times.

Virus need to infect in order to achieve effective immunity, just that they weakened it to prevent severe symptoms to humans. Unlike virus from environment inhaled airborne droplets into respiratory tract, those are active and could be fatal.
