Haha I see the problem laugh.gif
I meant total lumpsum of my own bottom half not the ikea model called BOTTOM laugh.gif
Its for a rather well specced one, cost can vary based on what doors/drawer front type u pick.
Also, between doors and shelves vs drawers (mine entire bottom half is fully drawered except for sink cab) there is a cost difference, fully soft close as well. Blum fittings for cheap must fully utilise.

The sink Hallviken is the composite black sink, i think its EOL here in MY but this is the same in white at other global ikea
https://www.ikea.com/ch/en/p/haellviken-ins...uartz-80348011/

The top one is 2units of 80x80 cab frame, with doors n soft close hinges. Haven't fully installed in the doors laugh.gif suddenly felt more convenient without.

You can create ur custom kitcab at https://kitchenplanner.ikea.com/my/UI/Pages...eDetection=true
Better use PC or laptop for creating ur dream design. Phone not so user friendly although can load the planner. Its not a preconfigured cookie cutter standard type like the knoxhult series.

If it doesn't involve any wet works, 15k is possible.
But you will need to do alot of DIY shopping via taobao and shopee for items such as down light, track light, sofa, TV cabinet, dining table, etc.
Since your unit is 800sqft only, I presume only 2 rooms?
Just hunt for the cheap bedroom set.

Ranging from rm1k to 2k, can get 5ft cabinet, queen bed, makeup table, side table.
Mattress you may want to invest a slightly good quality ones, might cost 1k.

Aircond you can get Midea 1hp for about rm800 installation rm200 back to back or rm18 per feet if need extension.

15k is enough, Ikea + Indonesian contractor do kitchen and install lights fan aircon
Settled.
No offence, but this is not a good project at all. Cincai do to rent out or own stay enough...
