I think it is stipulated in the Laws if you are not satisfy with the court rulings, you may make an appeal to the higher court. But once all the higher courts have made the same decision, you have to accept it.

In this case, I suppose the cyclist families make appeal. But not too worry because the right is on the girl side. She should be able to clear the higher courts as well; unless somebody want to play dirty.

I sincerely hope the justice stay with the girl. These group of future rempits are the trash of society. Baik mati jer lar.

the higher court should review the case

and the higher court can dismissed the case as well if the prosecution brings nothing new to the case, right
