Currently Samsung Service Center at Sunway Pyramid having promo to change battery for only RM99 include labor. 3 months warranty. Replaced my poor battery life of the S20 FE, S9 Plus and Note 9 all together.

Promo run until March 2024, but unsure of specific date.

I'd say it's a good deal to give your current phone another 1-3 years of life span with battery replacement.

If only they will change my Note 9 green screen too for another RM99. Then can keep the phone for my son to use and watch YouTube.

Do try to call up. Those Samsung Service center managed by One Mobile Care And Bhd should have the same promo across.

Closest should be the one in Melaka. Only if you happen to pass by.

LCD promo ended 31st Dec 2023. Perhaps wait for next promo.....

You may opt to call in first and enquire. But mostly you'll have to place order and make full payment first. Battery parts may require 1-3 days for it to arrive.

They'll call you once parts arrived and leave the phone with them for half day.

Can opt for NO Format like my case.

my S20fe got problem after installed the Feb update yesterday.
Installed it 430pm, after that ok until before I slept.
Early this morning the touch screen becoming chaotic, basically just cannot type properly and it sense I touch in other area that I didnt touch...

Went to Samsung One utama, and the technician said probably software issue.. need to reinstall the OS.. (cost RM60)
I didnt send it for repair yet.

Anyone facing similar issue?

Is it easy to use Smart switch (computer window version) to backup into PC and restore phone data? (last time only use phone to phone data transfer)

Must make your phone unlocked set and its gonna be complicated process

Anyone faced touch screen problem after updating latest firmware? The touch screen become chaotic where it happens ghost typing when you are typing message and searching in browser. worst the screen become uncontrollable like lag and not responding. I just changed my battery. Is this OS issue or touch screen issue? My phone got screen protector.

where do you change your battery if i may ask?

don't felt so on my side.

I used super fast charge at home and another fast charge at work since day 1. No issue until last firmware update. I thought it was the battery problem that caused the issue.

For those still using this phone, S20 FE on latest Oct patch with Android 13 and using MAE

Are you facing slow loading into the app? Takes average 13-16 seconds for the logo to load finish before entering the home page of the app.

And as you switch apps back and forth, it'll take again 10-15 seconds before any input is responding.
