After almost a month of using the S21 ultra the only thing that I dont like about this phone is the fingerprint scanner. Still not reliable even though slightly better than Note 20 ultra. Most of the time I have to press 2 or 3 time to get it work. Few times I have to wait 30 seconds after I fail 5 times. Because of this annoyance & cumbersome of using this fingerprint scanner everyday, I have demoted this phone as my secondary phone & use my IP12 Pro max as my primary phone again.

Too much handwash & sanitizing also affected the fingerprint scanner sensitivity. Dry out your hand faster. It can kill off some of the cells on your fingerprint.

This is quite true. The signal strenght on my S21 Ultra not as strong with my IP12 Pro Max when I swap the sim card in the same area. The IP12 Pro Max is using SD X55 modem which has better reception signal compared to the Exynos modem

You can google it. Based on my personal experience also everytime I apply hand sanitizer then I will not able to unlock my phone with fingerprint scanner. Have to wait few minutes before you can use it back. Have to use passcode if im wearing facemask.

If you use S Pen and want to use the best out of the best then is worth

Not many people using smart switch now. Just use your google account. It will automatically transfer your contact if you save it on your google account. For files and pictures you can transfer it manually through cable via your pc laptop. Same also to Mac but a little bit slower & complicated

Sometimes we need to complaint also so that the manufacturer can improve their product.

Camera improvement, performance improvement and new April security update

Buy the black silicon or leather casing. Then it will look black including the camera bump.

The fingerprint will not really work when your finger is dry. Especially after you wash & dry your hand. Put some moisture on your finger with your saliva if your fingerprint doesnt work.

My Exynos set get update 1 day before the new month

Mostly on potrait shot. But i also never tested it since Im only take photo in auto mode.

Do you mean January Security update? My S21 ultra already got December security update since early December last year.

They may have the last laugh since some latest benchmark test leak shows some better results than SD 8 gen1

Lately I have too many dropcall issues & 4G signal with my S21 Ultra exynos at my home, office and outside. The signal strenght keep dropping and fluactuating. I have to swap my sim card to other phone with snapdragon chip. The 4G signal become stable & stronger after that. Exynos chip could be the culprit.

I have both of them. S22 Ultra has better signal strength & fingerprint scanner. So for me is worth as I always has problem with signal reception & fingerprint scanner on my previous S21 Ultra which made me angry. With S22U, Im always happy now

Battery life is great even with AOD. But Im not a gamers & photographer.
