Only the tiny part with info is ON with bright color.
Just like dark mode.

no such option in the phone.
I'm using DIGI, need to contact Telco to enable it from their end, call hotline / messaging or put a request in their forum.
Only visit store (not sure can order by delivery) to get new simcard if above method is not working.
