Btw, anyone have a photo of Authentic 25w Charger? I got one from Shopee and the seller claimed it's ori but I find it suspicious.
My 15w charger from my S9+ also can charge higher mAh than this 25w.

this is how it looks like. Also I think the biggest give away is the box. It's written Made in China on the box but the charger is Made in Vietnam laugh.gif

Obvious, it is not an authentic charger lol. The printing itself gives away the hint

Definitely an issue with your earpiece speaker.
I have encountered a similar issue as yours with sound crackling at high volume after I request for screen replacement for my S10. The earpiece speaker was working fine before replacement. After they have changed the screen, I noticed the sound crackling when it play certain bass notes at high volume. The earpiece speaker was not changed because I noticed there is still dust accumulation from my previous usage, so I assume they fiddled and mess up the internal wiring that drive the speaker unit. I send it back to service center to let them check. They did the replacement again FOC this time due to the fact they configure it wrongly. So in the end I get a brand new screen replacement with the earpiece speaker change as well.

You can replace anytime actually, provided if you can pay for its spare parts price. Also the time I replaced, my free replacement screen warranty was almost expired so I took the chance to change. My phone screen was already cracked but I did not change yet as it is still usable. Coincidentally, just when I plan to replace the screen (because I plan to sell the phone as almost brand new), it malfunction itself showing green flickering light at bottom half of the screen or just not display anything (not sure what causes it, but I suspect due to strong magnet attach at the back of phone messes up the AMOLED panel, since screen already cracked anything can happen, few days before). Don't asked why I use the strong magnet, I have a good reason for that, all I can say is work related fulfilling job requirement.

The place I got it changed was at Samsung Express Service Centre - The Gardens Mall.

Sorry just notice this post, better as in how? No more crackling or still there but less perceptible?

That's a shame, a branded high quality case should have perfect cutout and should not block the earpiece speaker and cause distortion. Maybe request for a replacement instead.
