My friend sold his house recently and pass a crossed photocopy of NRIC to the lawyer to do title transfer. The transfer got rejected and the reason being given is it is not clear without saying what is not clear. I just wonder a company rubber stamp will be enough to safe guard it (without the for ...... use only) clause ?
