Any idea if this location is good for own stay or for investment? I drove to the site today but it’s very confusing and I can’t find way out to Jln Cheras but leads me to Alam Damai 😅

In that case morning will be headache to the residents, Alam damai superb jam. I tot can exit to the main road from the Cheras sentral, but I only found the carpark entrances 😅

I went to the site, it just next to Cheras sentral. surrounding with shop lots with banners “to let” “sale”, opposite is the low cost flats. Seems like fengsui not so good, will uem able to reboot this place?
