If still want to do Cheras Sentral, atleast wait until Connaught One already VPed la, wtf is this strategy.

Existing condos also likely not gonna shop there when there is Memi ZoooZooo nearby doing well.

its one of the key selling points in this area though.

Also regarding noise concerns, shouldn't be too bad. The noise from Jalan Cheras is blocked by Cheras Sentral and the nearby shoplots. Same case with MRT Connaught, noise blocked by the mall and shoplots

No it shouldn't affect TCO at all. It doesnt pass Jalan Cheras into Bukit Cheras area.

Its the same, linked together and doesnt pass Cheras Sentral
