Went to survey …
Behind this site next to Cheras Sentral has 2 stretch of shoplots which is mostly car workshop and empty units … at night very creepy …
Cheras Sentral is unofficial MRT parking, else less than 10 shops in the mall operating, the hotel surprisingly still operationable.
Next to Connaught One site also with several blocks of low cost flats in close proximity … very old, paint peeling off not appetising…
Opposite the site is Annex, 2 stretch of new shoplots have couple of shops but mostly with onsale/rent banners …
Hope UEM will rejuvenate the place to bring the quality up … but quite hard … best if they bought and demolish everything

May i know there will be any new roads gonna be built to allow access and exit direct to/fro Jalan Cheras without going through the small road in front of the Annex?
