Wow am amazed with the response from the market.

What’s the USP that attracts you in proceeding with the purchase?

Is it because of the starting price of 290K and TOD concept to mrt station.

From an investor perspective, impressed with the response from the market.

Tbh, I’m not familiar with Cheras area so wanted to know what pull the buyers to this project over the others surrounding in Cheras area.

Yeah agree with that. But I guess bc of the density that allows the developer to sell at this price range.

560psf is quite reasonable for todays context…considering it’s walking distance to mrt even though need to pass a few more station to reach city. But not bad at least get to have a quick nap while commuting to work.
