They open Tower A to sell first, and the sales trick to buyer is tower b price will increase.. so some buyer buy tower A to get the early bird price

Indeed, one thing Uem surprised me which they launch the projects on June and buyers are able to sign SPA immediately

I know which project you mentioned, given fully furnished, lots of agency help to advertise, till date still got available units wor.

MRT line 1, direct to popular offices, shopping malls within few station ride compared to MRT2

Near to city centre, trx, maluri etc. Also there is UCSI college nearby. Chinese area with many food choices, cafe, kopitiam near lenseng, connaught, tmn midah, ekocheras, leisure mall etc

Developer reputation, variety layout choices with reasonable price. The layout is interesting, mix layout with own stay suitable and investment purposes from studio to dual key.

BH costs more right? And the MRT station further. My hope is that Cheras Sentral can be revived as a neighbourhood F&B mall, then it will address the convenience factor. Alas that is up to the owner of the mall.

Considering BH is North of the city and CO is South, personal preference comes into play as well. BH can go FRIM, CO can go Hulu Langat etc. Both mature location close to city center.

I hope so , but the chance very low. I mean Cheras sentral. Too many malls around the area. Not to mention the newly build youcity3

Maybe trion factory area not jam.. but when you hit to main road.. its the same. And agent keep saying sungai besi factory area will be redevelope.. so when it is happening.. the jam will be there unless the factory stay there forever lol

Connaught station is still manage to get in during peak hours but maluri one will have to queue up to wait for 1-2 rounds during peak hours. MRT 1 direct line to several popular mall and offices surely the demand is high
