Hi guys,
I have a Logitech MX Anywhere 2S Bluetooth Wireless mouse and Logitech Bluetooth Keyboard K375 connected to my Windows 10 Pro laptop via Bluetooth.
Have installed the Logitech Options app that enables the mouse and keyboard to work seamlessly.
Intermittently, the mouse and keyboard freezes although both devices are fully connected via Bluetooth per indicator on Windows 10 taskbar.

I have performed the following:

Bluetooth Driver - Removal / Installation / Update Driver
1) Uninstalled the Intel Wireless Bluetooth driver and reinstalled the driver using Intel Driver & Support Assistant

Power Management - Turn Off Power Saving
2) Device Manager > Bluetooth > Intel Wireless Bluetooth (tried looking for Power Management tab but none available)
3) Device Manager > Human Interface Devices > Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID device > Power Management > uncheck "Allow this computer to turn off this device to save power"

Restarted Bluetooth Service
4) Run > services.msc > Bluetooth Support Service > Status is Running > Properties > Startup Type > Automatic

BUT the problem persists intermittently...

Are there any other settings that I need to adjust to resolve this?

Hope to get some guidance from the experts here.
Thanks in advance.

5ghz ( pro and cons , high top speed, but very low stability, signal weak.)

or

use Logitech dongle for best experience.

that is very very unwise.

you want the port become "free" at "most of the time"
but you using KB/Mouse "all the time" with "least favorable connection type"

your decision making SOP almost same level with Msia Minister Level.

Why bluetooth development so "stuck"

compared WIFI ( we have AX3600 now) , USB Port ( super charging, thunderbolt speed )

because bluetooth is suck

Hi Jacob

I had the same problem and (I think) I fixed it doing the following:

1. Uninstall Logitech Options
2. Switch off both the mouse and keyboard (this is apparently important - I'm not sure)
3. Remove both Logitech Mouse and Keyboard from Windows Bluetooth devices (make sure you have a spare keyboard attached so you can restart)
4. Restart the computer
5. Install Logitech Options fresh
7. Add mouse and keyboard from the Logitech Options "add devices" menu - do not add the mouse and keyboard from Windows directly (from what I read)

For me I chose not to use the Unifying receiver, and instead chose "Set up a Bluetooth device" and clicked on "Add Bluetooth Device".

From there it will launch the Windows Menu and I clicked "add Bluetooth or another device", then "Bluetooth" and it will start scanning. Only then did I switch on my keyboard and paired it, and switched on my mouse and paired it.

Before doing the above, both disconnected after 5-10m and sometimes less. I have been using both for the last 3 hours since going through the steps above without any problem now - keeping my fingers crossed it's fixed >_<

Hope this helps you too man.

Cheers

Warbaby

Not sure if this is a known issue with Lenovo Thinkbook series.
I have tried everything above and the problem doesn't go away.
Have resulted to using the Logitech Unifying Receiver, the saving grace is that Logitech Options app has an Advanced feature that allows you to use only 01 Unifying Receiver (USB slot) iso two separate ones ie. keyboard and mouse. The Logitech Options app takes care of it through the software but this is provided both keyboard and mouse devices are of the same brand (I think)

Thanks @Warbaby for the recommendation. It worked initially but the problem returned after a couple of mins / hours.
I have resorted to using the Logitech Unifying Receiver (01 receiver total) for both the mouse and keyboard.
