Hi guys,
I have a Logitech MX Anywhere 2S Bluetooth Wireless mouse and Logitech Bluetooth Keyboard K375 connected to my Windows 10 Pro laptop via Bluetooth.
Have installed the Logitech Options app that enables the mouse and keyboard to work seamlessly.
Intermittently, the mouse and keyboard freezes although both devices are fully connected via Bluetooth per indicator on Windows 10 taskbar.
I have performed the following:
Bluetooth Driver - Removal / Installation / Update Driver
1) Uninstalled the Intel Wireless Bluetooth driver and reinstalled the driver using Intel Driver & Support Assistant
Power Management - Turn Off Power Saving
2) Device Manager > Bluetooth > Intel Wireless Bluetooth (tried looking for Power Management tab but none available)
3) Device Manager > Human Interface Devices > Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID device > Power Management > uncheck "Allow this computer to turn off this device to save power"
Restarted Bluetooth Service
4) Run > services.msc > Bluetooth Support Service > Status is Running > Properties > Startup Type > Automatic
BUT the problem persists intermittently...
Are there any other settings that I need to adjust to resolve this?
Hope to get some guidance from the experts here.
Thanks in advance.
