If you always stress your engine and travel frequently, you can't follow the guideline to change your engine oil at intervals of 5K km(semi syn/mineral) or 10K km (fully syn). I've seen some people that change their fully syn engine oil at every 5K to 6K KM simply because they travel very frequently and the engine oil is black and sticky when they change it.

If your engine oil is still clear and fluid (not dark/polluted or sticky), you can still drive around, just dont over do it
