could go for all wet works first.. you may further enhance in future once u have extra budget to do other stuffs..

cabinets + expensive door grill can do at last or add-on whenever needed... plan out all your wiring layout first which you could use in future.. such as CCTV, automatic gate motor, extra plug points for decoration lighting (raya/deepavali/cny/xmas)

Yup, thank you for your input. Planned my wiring, hopefully enough including 3 cctv point and 1 pressure washer point. For automatic gate, will do when doing front area renovation next time.

Edit, when I check on your thread... Damn forgot about router + modem point.

Myself will add master plug (they called it double pole).. when I turn this master plug and it will off all switches.. especially TV cabinet there. TV, astro, speaker, or any other things per your usage. But must exclude your wireless phone charger, router and modem. Which you need to highlight it first..

Not sure your reason thou, but why replace the second toilet to Squatting Pan ? Hygiene ?

For both bathroom toilet, I would have change the position of the toilet and heater and do a level drop flooring for the heater area. The window exhaust fan is a good decision.

How much you have spend todate on the reno ?

Thank you.

Maybe because without ID involved?

Tiles most costly. hacking, new tiles, and installation. Around 15K

How much did you buy for the semi detached house?
Seems like house is at least 30 years old.
Have you put in furniture and carpentry works yet?

280K. Previous owner bought this house end of 2000 from developer.

No furniture yet, pending now because of PKP. We are staying at island side currently.

Only have fridge which I bought using SAVE program and installed 3 CCTV my self.
