BUT, of course due to MCO, the renovation going so slow until last week.cabinets + expensive door grill can do at last or add-on whenever needed... plan out all your wiring layout first which you could use in future.. such as CCTV, automatic gate motor, extra plug points for decoration lighting (raya/deepavali/cny/xmas)
